Clinical expertise

I am an internationally experienced Cardiologist. After my training in General Medicine and in Cardiology at the University Hospital in Bern (Prof. Bernhard Meier) I have continued my training in interventional at the University of Michigan in the U.S.

I am experienced in the whole range of percutaneous coronary interventions, including stenting, rotational atherectomy, physiological measurements such as FFR, intravascular ultrasound IVUS, optical coherence tomography OCT. I am also part of our structural interventional team which is lead by Dr. Mike Mullen, we perform percutaneous valve replacements (TAVI), mitral clipping and new procedures which we develop in collaboration with Yale University, Connecticut USA.
